Pilgrims

Round-table discussion

Three exceptional young women, who’ve experienced the harsh conditions of some of the most legendary hiking trails in the world, will share their stories in a round-table discussion. Maruša Orel and her canine friend Piki were the first Slovenian pair (human and dog) to walk the whole Via Dinarica from Slovenia to Albania; Hana Geder also took her dog along on a part of Via Adriatica in Croatia before continuing on Via Dinarica; and Jera Musič was the first Slovenian woman to solo hike the entire Appalachian Trail.

Mojca Volkar Trobevšek will lead the discussion with the three pilgrims and Janja Vidmar, a successful writer who’s walked a part of the Camino Franco and wrote a beautiful novel about her experience.
