The monograph published by the Publishing House of the Alpine Association of Slovenia is dedicated to Aleš Kunaver, who came up with the original ideal to educate the Nepalese guides, as well as all the instructors and doctors who’ve selflessly devoted their knowledge, skills, and time to this noble cause. Countless Nepalese guides and alpinists were educated at this school, which contributed greatly to the development of Nepalese tourism.
