Family Trekking in Pakistan

Matjaž Jeran

Travel Lecture

The magical northern Pakistan offers some of the best treks in the world. A family of four—two parents, two teenagers, and four modest backpacks—embark on an incredible self-organized journey. They spend 24 unforgettable days among the wildest mountains on Earth and incredibly hospitable locals, where, in a pristine environment, they go ten days without encountering any other travelers. They cross the passes of the Hindu Kush, Hindu Raj, and Karakoram, reaching altitudes of up to 5,100 meters.

This unforgettable anthropological and trekking adventure, filled with spicy stories and stunning photography, confirms that northern Pakistan is truly magical, unforgettable, and a modest giant. The lecture is especially suitable for families, photography enthusiasts, and fans of extraordinary adventures.
