Anja Petek: Trails of Will

Anja, an alpinist from the Upper Savinja Valley, will take you on a journey along the trails of will. This saying of hers stems from her belief that a strong will is paramount to pushing one’s limits: “To make our dreams come alive, we don’t need sleep, we need willpower.” She says she’s always followed her intuition and with enough determination, her wishes came true. This has led her to dream even bigger: big mountains, steep walls, the last three problems of the Alps, and new, untouched lines. “Sacred things rarely happen by chance. It’s important to keep striving for what we believe in.”
